About Ofunato
A coastal city located in the southern coast of
Iwate prefecture. Famous for their high quality
seafood blessed by the Sanriku Fishing Grounds.
The natural beauty brought about from the surrounding
mountains overlooking the Rias Coast create a
superb dwelling spot to relax with many scenic
hiking routes and beautiful vantage points to enjoy.
