Professional Sanma Griller Exam A tourism event held on the 海の日 ("Umi-no-hi" = Ocean day) holiday weekend. Come and enjoy the Ofunato prided 秋刀魚 ("Sanma" = Pacific Saury) grilling event which teaches you the relationship between Sanma and Ofunato, as well as how the local Sanma grilling masters grills the fish in festivals so you can grill one like them yourself! 1st Day (Morning) - Learn about Sanma Grilling through a short lecture - Learn how to grill Sanma from the professionals and try it out yourself - Eat the Sanma right as its grilled!! 1st Day (Evening) *optional - Small after party with food and drinks! - Talk with the locals as well as other attendees and enjoy the Ofunato life 2nd Day (Morning) - Another short lecture with details on what will be asked on the exam - A 20-question multiple choice exam **Reservation Requirements** - Payments in cash will be required on the day of - Required to submit paper work - Submit two 2x4cm photograph of yourself If this interests you and you would like to know more OR want to attend, please kindly reach out to myself through email, FB, or IGN.
