Email picture to the below email address (Must be less than 5MB) - Ofu_nourin'@'city.ofunato.iwate.jp OR Physically send photo via mail to below address - To; Tsubaki Matsuri Committee | 〒022-8501 Iwate Pref. Ofunato-shi, Sakari-cho, Utsunozawa 15 　 3. Include the following information - A. Title of Picture, B. Name (both English and Katakana), C. Age, D. Physical Address, E. Phone Number, F. Date of photo taken, G. Place where the photo was taken Rules: 1. Photos which have been uploaded on social media or used in other contests may not be used. 2. Photos which have undergone hard editing (alter what is actually seen and/or overlapping of photos) will not be accepted. Editing of lighting, contrast, or trimming/cropping are allowed. 3. Close up picture of camellia will not be accepted. 4. Picture must be taken within Ofunato Awards: 1. Grand Prize Award (x1) - 30,000 yen worth of Ofunato Specialty Gift Certificate 2. 2nd Place Prize Award (x2) - 10,000 yen worth of Ofunato Specialty Gift Certificate 3.
